Jenna Kopchinski Joins JFS

Jenna Kopchinski, LSW, has joined JFS as a UCARE Care Coordinator. She will provide comprehensive case management services for seniors and individuals living with disabilities who that are enrolled in state health plans. Jenna was a case manager with Thomas Allen, responsible for conducting assessments, creating and reviewing care plans, and coordinating services with clients.
