Leah Braunstein Joins JFS
Leah Braunstein has joined JFS as a Medica Care Coordinator. She will be responsible for providing comprehensive case management services for seniors and individuals living with disabilities who are enrolled in state health plans.
Leah recently served as case manager and therapist for Lakeview Pantry. She provided client therapy, consultation groups and case management as well as referrals and career assistance. She also facilitated a virtual peer support group.
