An Afternoon of Children’s Activities at the Bruce Goodman Read in Color Little Free Library

October 2|1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

JFS invites families to an afternoon of activities for children including crafts and treats at the Bruce Goodman Read in Color Little Free Library at JFS at 1633 West Seventh in St. Paul on Sunday, October 2 from 1-3PM.

From 1:15 to 1:45PM, Wendy Baldinger, creator of Wiggle, Jiggle and Jam, a musical program that engages children while also supporting their language, reading, and mathematical development. Baldinger performs for children, seniors and families throughout the Midwest. She has a background in music, psychology and speech and language pathology.

Nothando Zulu from the Black Storytellers Alliance will entertain with storytelling from 2:00 to 2:30PM. Zulu is a master storyteller who has been sharing stories with audiences since 1976. She shares stories that entertain, educate, motivate and inspire. She has performed in many venues as she draws from an extensive resource of colorful, often funny characters whose antics and follies leave audiences pondering their own life’s lessons.
