The popular Next Chapter Series will meet virtually on Sunday, January 30 from 10:00-11:30 a.m. JFS therapist Beth Johnson, LMFT and Community Engagement Manager Jodi Saltzman will host the session focusing on setting boundaries.

Next Chapter for Women 3-Part Series Continues

JFS invites all who identify as women and are navigating the mid-life journey to join the popular Next Chapter for Women for sessions two and three in a three-part series focused on parenting adult children. Session one on October 8 was well attended and helped participants struggling to adjust to an evolving relationship with their adult children and set healthy boundaries. Session 2 meets Sunday, December 10, 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. at JFS; and Session 3 meets Sunday, January 7, 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. at JFS.
