In partnership with Sholom Home East, JFS facilitates a caregiver support group VIA ZOOM for people who are providing care to a loved one. The group is designed to provide proven resources and methods for caregivers who are caring for someone at home or considering in-home services or a transition to assisted living or long-term care.

During the meeting, members discuss experiences and emotions that accompany this often-challenging role. The comfort, support, and validation gained by interacting with others in a similar position can be vital to the mental and physical well-being of a caregiver.

The group meets on the second and fourth Monday of each month. The group is free and open to the public.
