Lisa Cohen Joins JFS
Lisa Cohen has joined JFS as the Director of Operations and Finance. In this role, she will be responsible for leading IT integration and infrastructure, building management, data systems and financial operations including implementing cost-effective improvements, managing compliance and developing SOPs.
Lisa is an experienced senior executive skilled in nonprofit management, business development, and leadership coaching. She has worked at the local and state levels in all aspects of business administration including operations management, human resources, leadership relations, marketing and communications, strategic planning and financial oversight.
She was previously employed at Felhaber Larson Attorneys as Operations Manager. Prior to that, she worked for nearly 30 years at Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid as the Deputy Director of Operations.
