Next Chapter for Women Offers Series on Parenting Adult Children

Next Chapter Series

JFS invites all who identify as women and are navigating the mid-life journey to join the popular Next Chapter for Women on Sunday, October 8 from 10:00-11:30 a.m. at JFS at 1633 W. 7th Street in St Paul. The series is designed to help women re-imagine new possibilities for the future and take the first steps in moving forward.

This session will be the first in a three-part fall/winter series focused on parenting adult children.

Are you struggling to adjust to your evolving relationship with your adult children? Do you find it challenging to establish healthy boundaries while maintaining a strong connection? Perhaps you are struggling with setting boundaries, or you and your partner have different opinions on what boundaries should be and how to come to a unified front.

Beth Johnson, LMFT, will lead us in a conversation to explore the many benefits and ways to set boundaries in this new space, time and age in life. We are excited to have Beth join us in person representing her private practice johnsontherapyservices.org. RSVP your attendance to JFS Community Programs Coordinator Anne Myers at amyers@jfssp.org or call (651) 359-7775.

Next Chapter Series is free and open to all; however, donations are appreciated at jfssp.org/donate.
