Kyla Ledger Joins JFS
Kyla Ledger, LSW has joined JFS as a care coordinator on the UCare team. In this role, Kyla will provide comprehensive case management services for seniors and individuals living with disabilities who are enrolled in Minnesota Senior Health Options (MSHO) and Minnesota Senior Care Plus (MSC+) state health managed care plans that cover health care and Elderly Waiver services for people who are 65 years old and over and for people who are on Medical Assistance.
Kyla previously provided care coordination with Thomas Allen Inc. She is a graduate of St. Catherine University and lives with her three sons in St. Paul.
