Breanna Barkosky Joins JFS
Breanna Barkosky, LSW has joined JFS as a care coordinator on the UCare team. In this role, Breanna will provide comprehensive case management services for seniors and individuals living with disabilities who are enrolled in Minnesota Senior Health Options (MSHO) and Minnesota Senior Care Plus (MSC+) state health managed care plans that cover health care and Elderly Waiver services for people 65 years old and over and for people who are on Medical Assistance.
Breanna previously provided a variety of human services at organizations throughout the Twin Cities including Optage Hospice and Bloom Early Learning and Childcare. She is a graduate of St. Olaf College.
