JFS Board Members Attend Meeting at Capital
On March 1, Bruce Matza and Mitzi Gramling were part of a delegation from JFS and JFCS participating in Advocacy Day at the Capital. The group met with senators and state representatives on current legislation regarding senior care reimbursements, staffing difficulties in senior care facilities and gun control.
Legislators were receptive to the delegation’s positions on these issues and pledged support for the care of the senior population in the Twin Cities.
