Celebration of Service Reconnects JFS Supporters
After three years of separation, JFS supporters came together on Sunday, April 24 for the 6th annual Celebration of Service. Many photos of the event can be viewed here.
In spite of rather dreary weather, nearly 150 people gathered in the Oaks Ballroom at the Eagan Community Center. After a lively reception featuring cocktails and appetizers, participants enjoyed a salmon or vegetarian dinner. Many joined in an exciting auction of private meals, a Minnesota Vikings experience and regional and national vacation experiences.
Mitzi Gramling was presented the 2022 Community Service award. Mitzi is a former JFS board president and attorney in the Twin Cities.
This video about increased community need for our Counseling and Mental Health Services was shared, followed by a spirited call for donations to support the program.
