JFS Awarded Two Grants
JFS announces that it has been awarded two grants.
The F. R. Bigelow Foundation board met recently and approved a grant of $30,000.
In addition, the Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation board also approved a grant of $30,000.
Both grants are unrestricted and will be used to support ongoing programming, especially in the East Metro.
“We are honored that these two prestigious foundations believe in the work we do,” said JFS CEO Ruth Olkon. “COVID created extraordinary need for human services in 2020. And it continues as we move towards 2022. In fact, we project our increased baseline for services has become our new normal. These grants will help us fund additional human and social services.”
