21st Annual Virtual Conference on Mental Health

JFS, along with Jewish Family and Children’s Service of Minneapolis invites the public to join the 2021 Twin Cities Jewish Community 21st Annual Virtual Conference on Mental Health on Sunday, October 17 from 9AM to 2:30PM.

The mission of the Mental Health Conference is to raise awareness, provide education and reduce stigma of mental and behavioral health in all segments of the Twin Cities Jewish and broader communities.

This year’s keynoter speaker will be Jeffrey Zuckerman. He will discuss the shattering effects of his wife’s sudden and devastating late-onset bipolar illness. He will speak on how he has managed his own physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being over the past six years through compassion, faith, education and the loving support of his family and community.

Conference topics this year include grief, politics, youth, accessing resources, addiction and wellness.
