Disability Case Management Team Excels in Annual Audit
The disability case management team had its annual audit by Ramsey County in May and received a score of 96 percent, a 4 percent improvement over the 2020 audit.
The County audits differently than the Medica and UCare contracts. Despite multiple and varied attempts to reach a client, our compliance score will be negatively impacted if their assessment is late. There are many clients who simply don’t respond to calls, emails, mail or any other forms of outreach.
The disability team is led by Katy Cobb, LISW, Case Management and Senior Services Manager. Team members include Allyssa Hickman, LSW, Disability Services Supervisor and case managers Nasteha Abdi, Cheryl Anderson, LSW, Seanna Granchelli, LSW, and Ifrah Hassan, LSW.
