UCare Team Earns Perfect Score
The UCare contracted case management team was recently audited by UCare. During the audit, randomly selected client files are reviewed for adherence to specific assessment and follow-up frequency and for the development and follow through of a comprehensive care plan.
After this rigorous review of client files, the team achieved 100 percent compliance. “The UCare team has worked hard for this recognition,” said Care Coordinator Manager Breanna Bosshart. “This past year has not been easy and even with all the ways the pandemic has affected our personal lives and work productivity, the team was still able to provide great service to our clients.”
“The results of the UCare audit come as no surprise to me,” said Aging and Disability Services Director Jill Grover. “I have had the privilege of working alongside this team in the past and have always been impressed with their strong work ethic and dedication to meeting the needs of their clients. I am so happy to see their hard work this past year, through the numerous challenges we have dealt with on professional and personal levels, pay off.”
