JFS Department Restructure Creates Position and Promotions
JFS is pleased to announce the promotion of four case management staff members as a result of growth in Aging & Disability Services.
Taylor Solfest, LGSW, who joined JFS in 2017, has been promoted to Medica Supervisor. All Medica team members will report to Taylor in her new position. The team has experienced significant growth in the last year, creating the need to establish a team lead. Andrea Perla, LSW, has been promoted to Medica Lead Care Coordinator. Andrea joined JFS in 2019. Tammy Mathsen, LSW, has been promoted to the position of UCare Supervisor. She joined JFS in 2019. Taylor, Andrea and Tammy report to Breanna Bosshart, LSW, Care Coordination Manager. Breanna joined JFS in 2019 as UCare Program Manager and was promoted to her new position in December, 2020.
Bonnie Jaffe, RN, has been promoted to Senior Services Supervisor. In addition to her responsibilities in Senior Care Services, she will lead Holocaust Survivor Services and Bilingual Community Case Management. Bonnie has been with JFS since 2007.
