JFS Appoints Jill Grover as Aging & Disability Services Director

JFS announces the selection of Jill Parkinson Grover as Aging and Disability Services Director effective December 14.

Grover began her career with JFS in 2015 as the program manager for the UCare case management program. In 2018, she was promoted to the director of contracted case management. As Aging and Disabilities Services Director, she will work collaboratively with other community organizations. She will also be responsible for directing and supervising programs serving seniors in the community, and strategically planning and managing new programs for seniors.

In addition to her role at JFS, Grover serves on the MN Emerging Leaders in Aging Council through the MN Leadership Council on Aging. She previously served as a board member on the Minnesota Board of Social Work and held officer positions of treasurer and vice chair. She served on compliance, communication, education and outreach and application review committees.

Her passion for helping the most vulnerable extends to animals as well. Grover supports the Upper Midwest Great Dane Rescue, serving as president, director of adoptions and home visit coordinator. She lives in Hudson, WI with her husband, three small children, a chocolate lab named Starr and a cat named Sam.
