Spring Intergenerational Trauma Event Rescheduled for December

The intergenerational trauma event that was originally scheduled to be in-person last April has been rescheduled as a virtual event. “The Impact of Trauma From Generation to Generation” will be held on December 3 and 4 via Zoom. Featured presenter will be Dr. Irit Felsen.

Dr. Felsen, herself a child of Survivors, studied in Israel, Germany and Yale University. She is a member of the Yale Trauma Study Group, an adjunct professor at Columbia University and Yeshiva University, and the co-convener of the Trauma Working Group of the NGO Committee on Mental Health in the UN. She has published widely about survivors and about intergenerational transmission in the second generation.
