Open the Door to Conversations
JFS will offer Open the Door to Conversations, Monday, May 18, from 4:00 to 5:00PM via Zoom. Join the conversation about advanced care directives and end of life care. The event is free and open to the public.
During the event, a mother and daughter will share their conversation about their wishes. Hear from doctors about their experiences with end of life care and decision making during COVID. There will also be time for questions and discussion.
This program is part of an ongoing series of learning events through JFS and West 7th community partners.
