April Next Chapter Session Explores Relationship with Adult Children
JFS invites women who are navigating or embarking on a mid-life journey to another session of the popular Next Chapter Series on Sunday, April 19 from 10:00 to 11:30AM in the JFS Board Room. Participation is free.
As you age, your children also age and change, and the relationship is constantly evolving. Most of us thought when our kids became adults, parenting would get easier. However, that’s not often the case and we can get thrown off. What worked then may illicit an eye roll now. Your confidence as a parent can plummet. Let’s talk about how to nurture our relationship with adult children, get some tips from each other and know you are not alone. This session will be led by JFS Therapist Beth Johnson, LMFT.
