Jordan Carlson-Premack Joins JFS
Jordan Carlson-Premack, LSW, has accepted the position of Disability Services Case Manager. In this position, Jordan will provide comprehensive case management services for adults with disabilities including complex medical and mental health diagnoses and development disabilities.
Jordan previously managed a youth restorative justice court diversion program at Conflict Resolution Center that included outreach and intake meetings with families as well as case management and volunteer engagement.
