Do My Parents Need to Move?
JFS RN Care Manager Bonnie Jaffe will present “Do My Parents Need to Move?” on Sunday, November 17 from 10 to 11:30AM at Mount Zion Temple as part of the Sholom c.a.r.e.s. education series. Learn more about what it means to age-in-place, how to find senior housing and the mystery of successful downsizing.
Bonnie leads the Senior Care Services program that helps elders age in place through care planning and coordination and caregiver coaching. She has worked with all forms of dementia and is a trained Dementia Friends facilitator. Bonnie is also trained in Powerful Tools for Caregivers, Reach Community for Caregivers, and Honoring Choices of MN to help people complete advance care directives.
