Breanna Bosshart Joins JFS
Breanna Bosshart, LSW has accepted the position of UCare Program Manager. In this position, Breanna will be responsible for supervising the staff and care coordination services for UCare clients within the Aging & Disability Services department.
Breanna previously worked as a Medica Care Coordinator with Keystone Community Services and comes with extensive knowledge and experience in health plan care coordination, policy and procedure development and staff training.
