Cheryl Anderson Joins JFS

Cheryl Anderson has accepted the position of Disability Services Case Manager at JFS. Cheryl will provide comprehensive case management services for adults with disabilities including complex medical and mental health diagnoses and development disabilities.

Cheryl has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is a licensed social worker. She has volunteered for more than 14 years on various non-profit boards, executive committees and fundraising committees.

For many years, Cheryl owned and operated a staffing agency serving licensed social service programs in the state. Her agency provided temporary, long term and permanent on-site staffing as direct support, mental health practitioners, social workers and job coaches to people with developmental and intellectual disabilities or mental illness. Cheryl’s staff worked in group homes, intensive residential treatment programs, shelters for youth and women and their children, job sites, day programs, etc.
