As his tenure with Talmud Torah was finishing, he became a member of the board of directors of Beth Jacob Congregation from 2008 to 2014.
Tom joined the JFS board in 2013. He served as a board member, treasurer, and now as president. “I am very energized about helping JFS continue to grow and provide services to the greater St. Paul community,” says Tom. “Needs have never been greater. Guided by our Jewish values, I hope to help the agency continue to thrive, expand our services to meet the needs of all age groups and secure new funding sources. I look forward to working with the incredible staff at JFS and with the engaged and committed Board. It’s an honor and a privilege to be able to serve an agency that does such incredible work.”
