JFS is partnering with Sholom to bring the benefits of gardening to Sholom residents as we volunteer together to share the bounty of the season with a worthy organization in the greater community, Open Arms of Minnesota. We’re seeking 15-20 friends to support residents by volunteering to harvest and package garden produce on Thursday, September 12 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Sholom Shaller gardens.
JFS is excited to announce the launch of our second Para-Chaplain Cohort, the unique and in-depth training of volunteers to work with Jews in need throughout our Twin Cities community. The training will be held on Mondays for seven weeks from November 4 through December 16 from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. at JFS. Interested in being a part of this program?
