JFS invites women who are navigating or embarking on a mid-life journey to join this special series of Next Chapter sessions. Our topic for this virtual interactive three-part series will be “Aging with Gusto” guided by trained facilitators and current research on Sunday May 16, 23 and June 6 from 10 to 11:30 a.m.

21st Annual Virtual Conference on Mental Health October 17. Featured presenters will explore the topics of Grief, Post Traumatic Stress, Politics and Mental Health, and Talking with Children about the issues of our time.
The popular Next Chapter Series will meet virtually on Sunday, January 30 from 10:00-11:30 a.m. JFS therapist Beth Johnson, LMFT and Community Engagement Manager Jodi Saltzman will host the session focusing on setting boundaries.
JFS will offer "Holocaust Survivor Families: Knowing the Pain and Learning Life Lessons" presented by Bea Hollander-Goldfein Ph.D., LMFT via Zoom on Tuesday, March 1 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
JFS is recruiting volunteers for Passover for All, an annual community outreach effort. In partnership with the Minnesota JCC, kosher-for-Passover food and supplies are provided to families to help them celebrate the holiday. There are three opportunities to help with this outreach effort.
