JFS invites women who are navigating or embarking on a mid-life journey to join this special series of Next Chapter sessions.

Our topic for this virtual interactive three-part series will be “Aging with Gusto.” Enjoy discussing these vital topics, guided by trained facilitators and current research on Sunday May 16, 23 and June 6 from 10 to 11:30 a.m.

•How can you recognize and respond to ageism?
•How can your values and goals shape your future?

Learn to expand a positive view of aging and grow your capacity for living meaningful, satisfying lives in your elder years.
