JFS invites all who identify as women and are navigating the mid-life journey to join the popular Next Chapter Series on Sunday, January 22 from 10:00-11:30 a.m. at JFS at 1633 W. 7th Street in St Paul. The series is designed to help women re-imagine new possibilities for the future and take the first steps in moving forward.

This month’s topic will be “Creating Happiness Through Quality Relationships.” What has been learned from Harvard’s 75-year study on happiness? Spoiler alert: quality relationships are the strongest predictor of future happiness. How do we form quality relationships? Join us for a discussion of this topic with our Next Chapter group.
