The popular Next Chapter Series will meet virtually on Sunday, January 30 from 10:00-11:30 a.m.

JFS therapist Beth Johnson, LMFT and Community Engagement Manager Jodi Saltzman will host the session focusing on setting boundaries. The discussion will be based on a podcast by Nedra Tawwab, social worker and NYT bestselling author. Nedra has some incredibly practical advice for various forms of stuckness, and it basically comes down to one word: boundaries.
