Kosher Meals on Wheels AvailableMarch 21, 2018
Could you or someone you love benefit from a nutritious meal delivered to their home? Meals on Wheels provides this service in our community.
JFS administers the St. Paul Kosher Meals on Wheels program. In collaboration with St. Paul Jewish Community Center and Sholom Alliance, kosher meals are provided to anyone who would like to participate.
Two frozen kosher meals are available each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The meals are delivered in the Highland and West 7th neighborhoods. Program volunteers can deliver outside these two neighborhoods, or the meals can be picked up at Sholom East.
The Meals on Wheels program was originally designed to serve seniors and people with disabilities. Today, the program is open to anyone. The cost is based on income, and many participants qualify for free meals through their health plan or care plan developed by their case worker.
If you or anyone you know would be interested in receiving a meal, please contact JFS Program Coordinator Mary at (651) 278-8428 or firstname.lastname@example.org.This entry was posted in Event and tagged kosher, meals on wheels. Bookmark the permalink.
